FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

 

 

I want to mail in an item to Niagara Falls Comic Con to be signed by a guest. What do I need to do? 

 

A very limited quantity of mail-in spots are available. Pricing varies dependent on the item you would like to be signed. Your spot must be reserved and purchased online BEFORE you mail in your item(s). As part of this online process, you will select and purchase the “mail-in” option under the specific celebrity exclusive signing page on our website. Other details you will be required to include are personalization and / or inscription (if requested), return shipping details, etc.

 

Upon placing your mail-in “order”, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please print out this email and include it, with any special instructions / notes, sharpie colour, etc. in the package you mail to Niagara Falls Comic Con.

By what date does my mailed-in item need to arrive at Niagara Falls Comic Con for a signing? 

 

Each individual celebrity private signing page will include date instructions and deadlines. If your mail-in item arrives past the deadline, your item will be mailed back to you at your expense. There are no refunds or exchanges on mail-ins.

 

Can you order internationally? 

Niagara Falls Comic Con Exclusive Private Signings are only open to residents in Canada and the USA.

 

May I mark or note my requested location for a celebrity to sign my item? 

 

Yes! NFCC will work with the celebrity guest so they sign your item based on your stated requests as best as possible. There is no absolute guarantee as to the quality, size, or grade of the signature and/or inscription from the celebrity.

 

When can I expect to receive my mailed-in item back from NFCC after the private signing? 

 

You can expect your item(s) to ship back to you between 4-6 weeks following the conclusion of the signing; however, we cannot offer a guaranteed specific date for return.

 

Are there additional items available to order from NFCC for a celebrity guest to sign (if I don’t have my own mail in my own item to be signed)? 

 

Of course! By clicking on each individual celebrity signing on our website, you will notice a full listing of items such as 8x10s, scripts and memorabilia that are also available for purchase. The same rules for mail in items apply as outlined above.

 

Are there inscription and personalization options? 

 

Yes, and these are listed as part of each celebrity signing details on our website.

 

Are there refunds or exchanges? 

 

There are no refunds or exchanges on items that have been purchased on our website unless the celebrity signing is cancelled. All signings are subject to the actor’s schedule.

 

Will I receive a COA for my item as part of the signing? 

 

Yes! For every autographed purchased through a private signing, a Certificate of Authenticity will be included with your order! ALL ITEMS are guaranteed by Niagara Falls Comic Con.

 

Is tracking included with my package? 

 

Every item we send back to you as part of a private signing will include tracking information that will be emailed to you once your package has been mailed.
